SHAD is an award-winning enrichment and entrepreneurship program and network that empowers exceptional high school students – at a pivotal point in their education – to recognize their own capabilities and envision their extraordinary potential as tomorrow’s leaders and change makers.
Each year, we provide the opportunity for more than 900 students from across Canada and internationally to attend our STEAM-based (science, technology, engineering, arts and math) month-long program, in-residence at one of our Canadian host universities.
Upon completion, these students become part of our impressive SHAD network. With a growing total of 17,000+, our network includes 32 Rhodes Scholars, 56 Schulich Leaders, 92 Loran Scholars as well as prominent entrepreneurs, industry leaders and accomplished professionals.
