Digital Portfolios

Student’s portfolio feeds a senior project and is shared during a community panel presentation in which students tell the story of who they are, where they are headed, and how they will get there.

E-portfolios should act as a creative outlet for student work, highlighting student's self-awareness, accomplishments, growth mindset, and several characteristics of an attractive employee.

Publishing your Website

Publishing your E-portfolio is not necessary, nor recommended at this time. Upon completion of the Grade 10 Career Development Course, you and your parents may decide together to pay for a domain name or use free website publisher to take your website public, but it is not necessary for the educational purposes of this learning exercise. If you do decide to take your website public remember that anyone can see what you have posted and will have access to any of your posted content including photos or videos. I recommend that personal contact information such as your phone number, age or address NEVER be shared publicly.
